Hamadan rug (warp, weft and wool pile), Northwest Persia, circa 1950-1980. The rug is decorated with a series of interconnected ivory lozenges, enhanced by seven polychrome lozenges on a brown background with geometric motifs. A wide multicolored geometric border is framed by two ivory counterborders. 294 x 81 cm (Wear and fraying).
