- The Compagnie Générale Aéropostale, "l'Aéropostale", is a French airline based in Toulouse (Montaudran airport). Initially known as Société des lignes Latécoère. Due to financial difficulties, the company went into receivership in 1931. Its assets were taken over by the French government in 1933, as part of a new entity, SCELA (Société centrale pour l'exploitation des lignes aériennes), which was renamed Air France a few days later.
