Five-pointed star with diamond-tipped decoration surrounding the central medallion with eagle and "Honneur et Patrie" motto around the edge.
Reverse with two side hooks and toggle pin fastening with maker's mark: "OUIZILLE LEMOINE - LEMOINE FILS, Joaillier de la Légion d'Honneur Rue Duphot n°7 Paris".
