Marc GIUNTA (born 1954) Villa Melzi, Bellagio Lake Como Gouache on paper signed lower right and located lower left (view 24 x 18 cm) In the early 80s, he began using stencils and aerosols in his compositions. He then moved on to abstract and metaphorical sculpture. His favorite themes are landscapes, portraits, nudes and ethnic minorities. Giunta lives between the Côte d'Azur and the United States. He has exhibited a sculpture at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, two pastel shows at the Minnesota State Fair and paintings in various galleries: Wilcox Gallery, Art Ability gallery, Coe & Channel Gallery Minneapolis Photo center, Interior resources, in the USA as well as at the Palais de l'Europe in Menton, the Musée des Beaux Arts de Carnolès and Galerie Ricci in France.
